Owner and instructor Misty Ross has over 12 years experience in gymnastics. Misty previously worked in Kentucky, her home state, at a USTA certified gym. Misty has coached several national champion gymnasts. Many cheerleaders Misty had the opportunity to coach have gone on to cheer at the collegiate level, including the University of Kentucky.
