Grey Outdoor Billboards, established in 2014, is a full service billboard advertising company throughout North and South Carolina. We have been involved in the outdoor advertising industry since 2007 and specialize in providing quality outdoor advertisement media for our customers. We currently own and operate about 700 static and digital billboard faces across the Eastern Region. Many of our advertising customers have seen a huge positive impact on their businesses and have been with us since we started in business back in 2007. We rarely have many signs available and when they open up, they fill up quickly.

Our Team
Grey Vick, Owner, President of Sales & Real Estate
Grey graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in 2005 with a Bachelors and Masters degree in business with a concentration in Accounting. He started work full time as an accountant but shortly after began buying and selling properties on the side. When the real estate business became more lucrative than the job in accounting, Grey switched professions to being a full time investor in real estate. He bought and sold numerous properties for a couple of years also while working part time as a college accounting instructor.
In 2007 Grey met a neighbor, while living on Wrightsville Beach whose dad was in the billboard business. Over the next few years Grey learned the basics of the billboard business and Waterway Outdoor LLC was formed with the two forming a 50/50 partnership. The business came natural to Grey with his experience in real estate and accounting. In 2014, after a few years of running and building Waterway Outdoor with a partner, Grey started a company on his own called Grey Outdoor, LLC. Eventually Waterway Outdoor was dissolved and over time Grey has grown the new company to more than 230 billboard structures with about 700 faces- including 13 digital faces across North and South Carolina. Grey is actively growing the company and plans to be a long term owner in the business.
In 2019 Grey was nominated for the board of the North Carolina Outdoor Advertising Association. He is grateful for the opportunity to serve local businesses across the Carolinas and help them grow their own businesses.
Grey and his wife Sarah live in Wilmington, NC and welcomed their first child Mason to the world in June, 2018. Grey is an avid surfer, world traveler and a Brown Belt in Jiu Jitsu.

Guy Williamson, VP of Sales & Real Estate
2019 brought the addition of Guy Williamson to Grey Outdoor. Guy lives in Cedar Point, North Carolina with his wife Darlene. Guy brings with him a diversified background in the OOH industry. Guy’s 20+ years include Sales/Sales Management, General Management, and an extensive background in Real Estate Management. His most recent position was Real Estate Manager with Fairway Outdoor within the Triad branch. In his spare time Guy enjoys being with family, his pets, and boating.

Mark Ruggiero, Senior Account Manager
Mark comes to Grey Outdoor Advertising with 25 years of experience in advertising sales including Print, On-Line, Radio and Billboard advertising. Mark also invested five years as a Licensed Financial Advisor to active-duty Marines at Camp Lejeune and New River Air Station. He is a veteran and former Marine Corps Officer. Mark’s extensive background in advertising combined with his finance experience make him a highly effective Account Manager here at Grey Outdoor Advertising .
Mark resides in Hampstead with his wife Kristan and has three adult children all with successful careers. When he’s not busy helping entrepreneurs grow their business, Mark enjoys family, golf, and gardening.

Austin Wolfe, Account Manager
