The assets are located on I-85 south of exit 202 near Oxford. The 10 x 40 right read bulletins will serve both Oxford as well as Henderson Advertisers. They will serve the communities well and allow local businesses that have been dependent on mostly interstate logo signs.
Buddy L Foods acquired and has operated these signs since 1972. They were utilized for Buddy L Foods KFC franchises. We would like to thank Stuart and Scott Luihn for allowing us to give these bulletins new life. These locations will allow Grey to expand their footprint in North and South Carolina.
